Abby is my landlords little border collie. She is absolutely the sweetest thing on earth. She loves to run and play with her pack-mate Bruce - an Australian shepherd.
Abby has lost weight at an alarming rate, and she is now refusing to eat kibble. Human food - yes, kibble... eh.. not so much. Her DogMa Lauren is taking her to the vet this morning to find out if there is something wrong.... we are praying for the best.
Please send out woofs of good health and wellness to this little girl, and lets hope she will be romping around with her buddy Bruce in no time...

We will be praying for Abby. At least she is eating people food. I pray it is something the vet can take care of real easy.
Abby is just gorgeous! And she has almost the same exact marks as Lucie does.

Poor Abby!! The good thing is she is not totally off food and is taking human food. Sometimes I am like that as well. My mom says I am a fussy eater...
Hopefully Abby's underlying problem to the weight loss is not serious. Let us know when she gets back from the vet, k?

Hello everyone, my name is Lauren and Abby is my precious girl. Unfortunately the news we have gotten from the vets is not good. She has a genetic condition that has attacked her kidneys and they have basically shut down. We are in the very painful place of having to say good bye to our sweet girl who we have had with us for only a very short four years. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you very much for the prayers and thoughts. We have decided to take the weekend for extra snuggles, snout smooches, and precious moments, but I wanted to make sure I took a moment to say thank you. Thank you so very much.
